The Big Picture
Benefit from the teamwork of professionals

Our Service
Wolfsons, Inc., as appropriate, puts together teams of experienced, local professionals who help  clients recognize opportunities and develop comprehensive solutions to business problems.  This service is unique to our area, although there is no shortage of good accountants, bookkeepers, or attorneys.  There is no shortage of virtual consultants or business consultants either.  The great advantage to using a properly assembled group of professionals is twofold.  First, there is no substitute for a coordinated group of experienced specialists who have the interdisciplinary knowledge to coordinate their efforts in insuring the success of a given project.  Second, we believe that face-to-face contact with you, our potential client, is essential.  That doesn’t simply mean that I negotiate a contract with your purchasing authority.  I want my specialists to get to personally know your specialists in each area of a project.  This minimizes communication problems and builds trust.

Our Philosophy
Business problems cannot often be isolated.  For example, an advertising problem is inherently part of a marketing problem.  A production problem is often related to a product design or redesign effort.  If your Web site isn’t selling, it could be because its existence isn’t really coordinated with your marketing plan, or because it is now more difficult to have the site recognized by search engines.  To solve associated problems we need specialists who not only understand the latest technology, but also who act in a matter that relates to other specialists in a group problem solving effort.  This behavior results in a comprehensive, results-oriented service that maximizes client success.

How We Proceed
Our initial effort consists of information gathering through examination of operations and their accompanying documentation. The remainder involves the use of the scientific method, as follows:

                            1. Problem definition
                            2. Selection of objectives
                            3. Identification and documentation of alternative
                                courses of action
                            4. Deduce the consequences of each alternative
                            5. Selection of most appropriate alternative
                            6. Implementation of selected alternative course of                                 of action
                            7. Monitoring, feedback collection and analysis,     make                       make subsequent adjustments
