Children are checked in and out of the program every day. In order to gain permission to take a child home or to another venue, we follow this procedure: Parents/guardians or others must sign your child's application with parent/guardian written permission to provide transportation. At the time of the transporter's arrival at the program, his identity is verified and his signature is matched with that on the application form.
Our building does have open lobby doors, but children are always under the supervision of their tutor/group leaders . There is plenty of staff attention paid to each small group of children and a great student-staff ratio (8:1, ordinarily.) Bathroom breaks are scheduled and supervised.
